You can, but then you're being unfaithful and unfair to the person you're with. I'll be blunt with you though, if you're in this situation you should not be dating people until you mature a little. But to answer your question, you should break up with whoever you are with because you are being very unfair to them and you will confuse the person you have a crush on.
